Will You Fit in the DynaCore® Trainer?
The DynaCore® Trainer was designed to fit at least 95% of the population. However, the dimensions are not adjustable, so there are a few people with exceptionally broad shoulders that won't fit comfortably in the frame. If you are concerned about whether you will fit in the core trainer:
- Measure your shoulder circumference (all the way around, front and back) at the widest point of your deltoid muscles.
- If your shoulder circumference is 54" or larger, you may have trouble fitting in the core trainer.
