Why is the DynaCore® better than regular sit-ups or crunches?
Many core exercises and core training devices offer a limited range of motion, often only in one plane of movement. The DynaCore® Trainer delivers full 180° rotational training as well as unrestricted pivoting around the floor contact point, building complete core strength, stability, and mobility simultaneously, the way your body actually moves in sports and daily life. Can I get instructions on how to perform exercises correctly?
Absolutely! The DynaCore® Fitness Training App provides complete instructions on how to use the trainer and how to perform various exercises. Guided workouts with real-time angle tracking, progress analytics, and visual demonstrations help to ensure proper form and maximum effectiveness.
Can I get creative and try out my own exercises on this core trainer?
Please do! The DynaCore® Trainer offers so many possibilities, it's impossible for us to come up with all of them on our own. We only ask three things of you if you do decide to get creative: 1) Learn the basics of the device first. Just as an artisan needs to learn the tools of their trade before creating great works, you will have a better chance of discovering great advanced core exercises if you know the device inside and out first. 2) Be safe! Don't do things that will get you (or anyone who tries to copy you) injured. This core trainer is for improving your health and well-being, not for breaking them. 3) When you do discover something that can benefit others, share it with the community! Helping others grow stronger, more stable, and more mobile is what this device is all about.
Where can I set up the DynaCore® Trainer for use?
Anywhere you have floor space! The design works in home gyms, living rooms, offices, physical therapy clinics, or professional training facilities. You’ll need about a 6’ x 7’ space for full mobility (unless, of course, you are Shaq, in which case you might need a little more breathing room).
Is the core trainer durable? Isn’t it just a hunk of plastic?
Not all plastic is the same! This is definitely not a toy that will break the day after Christmas. It is made of (get ready for the fancy chemistry words) carbon-reinforced polycarbonate. Polycarbonate is what bullet-proof glass is made of. Adding carbon to the mix increases it’s toughness to resist the forces placed on it as it moves through the exercises. The result is a device that you can drive your car over with no damage (and we’ve done just that with a car part made of the same material). While we can’t claim it will survive a nuclear blast, we can say with confidence that it will survive any normal wear and tear you put on it.

We believe strongly in having science to guide our product development efforts and to back up everything we say about our product. Do I need to be in shape to use the DynaCore® trainer?
As with all fitness equipment and exercise programs, we strongly recommend that you consult with a medical professional to ensure that you are ready to perform rigorous physical exercise. There are ways to adjust the intensity of the workout through body positioning, duration of exercise, and exercise variations. The app-guided progression will adapt to most fitness levels, from beginners to elite athletes. But again, please be sure you are ready, willing, and able to do the work, because this is serious core training, not a toy.
Are there any age, height, or weight limitations?
There are no age, height, or weight restrictions other than ensuring that the user is fully capable of using the device safely. We don’t recommend it for infants and toddlers, nor for anyone who can’t easily get themselves down on the ground and back up again. The restrictions are more around whether a medical professional would say you are physically capable of doing the exercises. The DynaCore® trainer accommodates a wide range of body sizes and ages, but should only be used by someone physically and mentally capable of using it safely.
What if I'm too weak to do a full plank?
The DynaCore® Training App includes beginner progressions starting with shorter holds and easier body positions. From there, you can gradually build your strength over time. You can prepare yourself by doing standard planks and side planks from your knees. If you can do those for thirty seconds, you should be able to start on The DynaCore® trainer.
Are results noticeable after regular use?
There is an old saying: six-pack abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym. The DynaCore® Trainer will help you build a stronger, healthier, and more mobile core, but it can’t guarantee visible results without a rigorous dietary program going along with it. You may notice improved core stability and reduced back discomfort within a few weeks. The real-time progress tracking will show your measurable improvements in strength, endurance, and range-of-motion. With consistent use over time, you may see yourself outdriving your buddies on the golf course, hitting more home runs for your softball team, or serving up more aces against your favorite tennis opponent.
Is assembly difficult?
No! Assembly is a breeze. Simply slide the platform into the frame until you hear that satisfying “click.” Snap the handles on the platform and you're ready to go in under a minute. Disassembly is just as quick and easy.
Does it provide a full core workout?
Absolutely! The 180° rotational capability and multi-planar movement targets all core muscle groups, including those deep stabilizer muscles that traditional equipment misses, delivering comprehensive strength, stability, and mobility training in one device. We even direct you to breathing exercises on the trainer to strengthen the capabilities of your diaphragm.
Is the companion app user-friendly?
The DynaCore® Fitness Training App is still in the development phase, but it is being designed for intuitive use with clear visual guides, simple navigation, and personalized workout recommendations that adapt to your progress. The games are being developed to be intuitive, with multiple levels to continually build on what you've learned and offer new challenges.
Will I actually use it consistently?
We are doing all we can to make sure that this is not the kind of workout device that you try a few times and then leave in the attic collecting dust for the rest of eternity. While it doesn’t come with a drill sergeant to berate you until you drop and give him a workout, it does come with an engaging training app technology designed to make workouts genuinely enjoyable, even addictive. We won’t let boredom be a factor. We plan ongoing updates to workouts, community support, and game expansions to keep users engaged for the long run.
How is this different from a BOSU ball or balance board?
BOSU balls, balance boards, and some other core training devices provide an unstable surface effect, but their range of motion is limited to a few degrees. The DynaCore® Trainer enables full 180° dynamic rotation in multiple planes of motion with real-time tracking and guided progressions, training athletic movement patterns rather than just balance.
