Shipping Policy
Order processing. We currently offer one shipping method: Flexport Standard Shipping within the United States.
- In-stock orders: Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days of your order date.
- Pre-orders: Pre-ordered items will ship on or around September 8, 2026, then arrive within about 3–7 business days. We'll notify you if the pre-order timing changes.
Shipping cost (United States). A flat $19.95 per order.
Tracking. When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
International shipping. We ship to select countries outside the United States. When you enter your address at checkout, you'll see the exact shipping cost and any applicable duties and import taxes, calculated for your destination.
No surprises at your door. All duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout — the total you see is the total you pay. You won't be billed additional customs or duty fees on delivery.
International orders are typically delivered within 2–8 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. International sales are final (see our Return & Refund Policy).
Delays. Occasionally shipments are delayed by carrier issues, weather, or demand. If we can't ship within the estimated window, we'll notify you and, where required, offer the option to cancel for a refund.
Damaged or missing shipments. If your order arrives damaged in transit — or tracking shows delivered but it's missing — contact us at info@coreforgefitness.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We'll work with you and the carrier to make it right. (This applies to shipping issues; manufacturing defects are covered separately under our Limited Lifetime Warranty.)
Wrong or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping charge to resend.
